Shipping policy
Every order is carefully packed with the aim of ensuring it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
2. Processing Time
We aim to dispatch orders on the next business day wherever possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, particularly during busy periods.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on NZ Post and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are outside of our control once your order has been handed to the courier.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
5. Signature Required
All parcels are sent with Signature Required and Photo Confirmation. This provides additional security and helps ensure your order reaches you safely.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Cosy Cauldron cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Authority to Leave
If you authorise NZ Post to leave your parcel without a signature, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered in accordance with those instructions.
8. Delays Outside Your Control
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including, but not limited to:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Natural events
- Courier network delays
- High seasonal demand
If your order has not yet been dispatched and we become aware of a significant delay, we will endeavour to contact you and discuss the available options.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will work with NZ Post where reasonable to obtain updates and keep you informed.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
10. Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us. We'll work with NZ Post to investigate and keep you informed throughout the process.
11. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
12. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us.
